We are looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Vacation Expert. Our Vacation Experts play a key role in our company’s team building, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele.

To be a successful Vacation Expert, you should have a passion for learning new things, new experiences, and a desire to inspire and help others.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Participates fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the needs of the team
• Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients
• Prepare and process related documents and invoices
• Cross-sell relevant products to enhance clients’ experiences
• Handle any issues that may arise for clients
• Determine customer’s needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
• Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications
• Participate in ongoing training webinars within the company and with vendors and suppliers
• Create promotional materials to utilize
