We‘re a startup backed by Y Combinator and leading VCs in Silicon Valley. We help restaurants and stores hire team members up to management roles using Instagram-story like video clips. Our clients include Applebee‘s, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Grocery Outlet, and more. Landed is looking to grow our team of business consultants, responsible for managing our customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and work with them to develop goals
• Educate clients on the Landed Employer product and process and coach them through their recruiting efforts
• Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
• Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback
• Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience
• Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale
• Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers

About You

• Have excellent communication and organization skills
• Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously
• Have high EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers
• Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment
• Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process
• Are thorough and drive projects to completion
