We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! .

Most of the team works at company headquarters, but most of our client meetings are via Zoom, allowing this position to be either in the office or remote.

Job Duties:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain electronic filing systems
• Perform data entry into various software systems
• Prepare and modify documents for distribution to clients
• Onboard new clients into all company systems
• Keep equipment operational by following established procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals quickly
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience handling data entry
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Pay: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
