What you’ll do
- Responsibility for general administrative duties within the accounts & finance team
- Distribute and respond to email correspondence
- Creation of reports
- Scan and archive documents
- Maintain data within system
- General support on clerical tasks for the accounts & finance teams
What you’ll need
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous Accounts experience is beneficial
