Administrative Assistant
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in the Linamar executive offices. You will bring your professional experience to this role to work with and assist the Executive Assistant and Executives with correspondence, reports, calendar management and travel arrangements.
Performance Expectations
Responsible for making extensive international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations and agendas for meetings
Prepare letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
Respond to inquiries, screen calls, schedules appointments, arranges meetings and amenities and maintains files.
Open and prioritize mail and receive and make telephone calls.
Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Tracks conference calls and meeting agendas.
Prepare Visas and expense reports.
Projects as assigned
Credentials
Grade 12 education or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a business environment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative capacity is required
Experience with booking international travel is required
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired Characteristics
