Long Island Spine Specialists, PC Hiring for Clerical Specialist Job at Commack, NY Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Full Time Clerical Specialist within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for working at our front desk greeting incoming patients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, using the phone system in our call center to making patient appointments, and general office duties such as data entry and filing. This position will need to travel to all of our office locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a medical office setting
• Call center experience strongly desired
• Must be able to travel to Commack, West Hempstead, West Islip, and Riverhead as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with all levels of personnel
• Excellent attention to detail
• COVID-19 Vaccine Required
