SALARY RANGE IS – $16.00 – $18.00

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES – RETAIL INVENTORY SPECIALISTS (WAREHOUSE/WEB ORDERS):

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction; assist customers and perform carry-in/outs
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments (including pick-packs, backhauls, return-to-vendor merchandise, etc.)
• Maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area and perform various merchandising activities such as processing freight, assembling floor displays and re-sets, and completing mark downs.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness; help to prepare for and conduct physical inventory & participate in store open and close procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers with a sincere desire to help customers
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time
• Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
