Ko Tōu Ake Mahi – What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our HR Advisory team, you’ll work as part of a positive team who share ideas, experiences and knowledge with each other. We work hard but always make time for a chat, to share some baking, and have a few laughs. We have a reputation as a team who demonstrate and live the Ministry values.
You’ll be well supported in this role and will have the opportunity to learn some of the foundations within HR. Providing administrative and coordination support to our team and general advice to the wider organisation via our askhr inbox, you will be able to build on your HR skillset. There are also opportunities to support senior members of the team on workstreams, investigations and projects.
Ko Ngā Pukenga Ōu – What You’ll Bring
A busy and varied role, you will need to be team oriented, with a can-do flexible approach. A proven ability to juggle competing priorities and a customer-centric focus is essential. This position may suit a recent HR graduate or someone with an interest in an HR career.
