About The Position

Our office team are looking for someone who loves delivering epic experiences to both our Customers and Suppliers alike. This position is an office-based role at our Onehunga branch. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Daily Duties Will Include

• Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Processing invoices, credit claims
• Bank Reconciliation
• Responding to Customer Account queries
• Covering Reception duties when required
• General Administration duties

We are a small team, so there will be plenty of opportunities to assist in different areas of the business to continue to grow and learn.

What You Will Bring

• Positive energy and attitude to get the job done right.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is preferred but not essential
• Can work under pressure to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a team environment
