We are currently accepting full-time applications and ZERO sales experience is required for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries and questions that come in primarily through phone and email.
Gather necessary information from clients and schedule their appointments into our web-based scheduling system
Accurately gather and input data for new and existing client
Assist other team members while on shift by covering phones and emails when required during call volume spikes, breaks, sick days, vacations, etc.
Helping the team maintain a clean office space including; general tidying, emptying garbage/paper shredder, loading/unloading the dishwasher, etc
Helping maintain a positive work environment under pressure
A successful candidate will:
Have a positive, energetic personality
Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
Be tech savvy and have the ability to bounce between tasks and web platforms
Enjoy a supportive and competitive environment
Be a team player and works well in a team environment
What you can expect:
An hourly wage of $18 dollars per hour, while training in the Sales Center
Once you have graduated from training, the ability to earn commission after 35 days.
Weekly and Monthly performance incentives with prizes
