Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
ModSquad Wants Phone Ninjas!
ModSquad has partnered with a great client that creates and supports software platforms for various insurance agencies. On this project, you will assist customers with support for their insurance company that uses software developed by our client.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Monday – Friday, 4 am – 5 pm
Saturdays, especially 6 am – 2 pm
Schedule must include 5 hours on Friday and/or Saturday (as needed)
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
10 hours per week
90 days (as needed)

What We Are Looking For:
- Professional English proficiency
- Friendly, professional and empathetic individuals
- Strong data-entry skills
Special requirements for this project:
- Must work from a Windows PC (no Mac or Chromebooks)
- Amazon Work Space must be installed on computer
- Must have a working headset with built-in microphone and a quiet space free from background noise for taking phone calls
- Mod Contractor must schedule including 5 hours on Friday and/or Saturday (if needed by ModSquad)
***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
