About The Role
This is a broad generalist HR Advisor role with lots of variety reporting to the GM, People & Culture, working in a team of four including an HR Business Partner and HR Administrator.

About You
Highly personable with a sense of fun, you’ll be positive and adaptable, able to build credibility and trusting relationships quickly with a diversity of people, inspiring, empowering and influencing others.
As a generalist HR practitioner, with at least 3 years solid ER experience, you will be up to date with working knowledge of HR trends and NZ employment legislation, experienced with providing HR advice and dealing with ER issues, recruitment, and be competent in using Microsoft based programmes.
Day to day your work will have included supporting a wide range of managers through end-to-end ER issues, providing high quality, effective and practical coaching, guidance and advice.
With a continuous improvement mindset, you enjoy problem solving, seeking solutions, developing yourself. and take pride in producing high quality work.
Ideally, you are truly energized by adding value, engaging proactively, demonstrating empathy, and thrive inspiring, guiding, coaching and influencing staff and people leaders on people practices and you are able to point to successes doing this.
