We’re looking for an experienced professional to join the People Development leadership team. The Performance Enablement Senior Manager is a new role responsible for developing and leading the talent management and career development strategy and initiatives at Moss Adams. This includes designing and implementing practices and programs for performance management, career path design, competency and skills frameworks, promotion processes, and succession management to ensure our people can grow, develop, and perform their best. We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with strong leadership skills and an ability to assess needs and propose pragmatic scalable firmwide solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and execution of firmwide performance processes (e.g., goal setting, ongoing feedback, midyear and annual performance reviews, talent review meetings), including design and delivery of supporting tools and resources for career advisors and advisees
Collaborate with People Development Director to drive continuous improvement of the firm’s performance and career development strategy to deliver business impact in alignment with business strategy
Own the development and evolution of firmwide and business-line specific career paths, competency models and frameworks, ensuring they reflect the skills and capabilities our people need as our business transforms
Lead the design, development and execution of agile and efficient talent review and succession planning processes to ensure active and effective management of the talent pipeline
Lead the design, development, and execution of the firm’s promotion philosophy, standards and processes
Build, lead and inspire a team by setting clear expectation, identifying growth opportunities, and driving skill development
Collaborate and partner with People Team colleagues to ensure a first-class people experience and consistency across people initiatives at the firm
Lead and manage the executive coaching process for senior leaders, engaging high-quality external coaches
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in talent development, talent management, learning, business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of talent development, talent management, or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Exceptional experience managing others with demonstrated involvement building and leading high performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture in a remote environment
Strong executive presence with ability to develop relationships, build rapport, influence, and effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the organization
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced environment
Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions and teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): Compensation range for Greater Seattle Area: $131,000-$180,000Compensation range for Washington State (Excluding Greater Seattle Area): $125,000-$172,000Compensation range for Greater Bay Area: $150,000-$206,000Compensation range for California State (Excluding Greater Bay Area): $133,000-$184,000Compensation range for Colorado: $125,000-$172,000
