THE OPPORTUNITY

• As a customer service specialist, you will lead and guide the Customer Service Team
• Based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, this role will work with a trusted global leader within Animal Health.

The Customer Service Team Leader sits within the Animal Health organization and reports to Customer Effectiveness Manager ANZ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and guide the Customer Service Team ensuring efficient and effective delivery of service to all external and internal customers. Perform full range of customer service duties, including:
• Process customer orders.
• Warehouse Duties – Consignment Tracking and Tracing.
• Liaise with Freight agents.
• File orders and credits.
• Answer phones supplying relevant information to both internal and external customers as required this may include product and technical information.
• Supply information to internal and external customers.
• Investigate all customer complaints including quality complaints insofar as they impact on the direct responsibility of this department, involving other departments as necessary.
• CRM: Timely entry of Cases for end user complaints eg. Adverse Events, adhering to relevant policies

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a related environment.
• Experience leading teams advantageous.
• · Experience with Inventory Control Software and database management applications. Ability to analyse data and problem solve in a logical manner.
• Understanding of quality systems.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders.
• Self starter with initiative who works well with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to anticipate and prioritizes work to be done and applies knowledge/skills to more complex problems.
