About the job – Mo te Mahi
Join one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing, rangatahi-led charities in the diversity, equity and inclusion space! This is a rare opportunity to build and grow alongside a rapidly-expanding social impact organisation.
At Multiethnic Young Leaders NZ (MYLN), we’re committed to fostering social cohesion, championing ethnic and intersectional diversity in leadership, and empowering diverse young New Zealanders. We’re on an ambitious mission to build Aotearoa New Zealand’s next generation of diverse, inclusive, and purpose-driven leaders across business, government, and community sectors.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in our everyday administration, event planning and coordination, and MYLN community-related tasks. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to social cohesion, diversity in leadership, and empowering young New Zealanders.
The best part? Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home or preferred location! We understand that the best work happens when you’re in an environment that suits you. This role is predominantly remote, providing you with the flexibility you need to thrive. Plus, we are open to discussing alternative flexible working arrangements that best align with your lifestyle.
At Multiethnic Young Leaders New Zealand, we celebrate the unique qualities that each individual brings to the table. We are an equal-opportunity employer, welcoming, celebrating, and valuing all forms of diversity.
