Brief outline of role:
To carry out teaching, learning and assessment activities across a variety of short course programmes including the manufacturing and business skills sectors.
To participate fully in the planning, development and implementation of the provision; track learner progress and ensure target success rates are achieved.

o Recording and providing feedback to learners on their progress

KPI’s specific to role including generic:
1. Prepare and plan teaching sessions to appropriately incorporate (3i’s) intent, implement, impact
2. Achieve NA College standard Good or Outstanding
3. Actively engage in programme enrichment design
4. ILP’s to be accurately updated throughout learners’ programme
5. All learner work marked/assessed timely throughout the course
6. Review Initial Assessments and provide IAG.
7. Contribute to CRE’s
8. 100% attendance at team meetings
9. Complete and be on track with all mandatory CPD as required by NA College
10. Maintain sector/professional competence e.g. subject developments, knowledge of Awarding Organisation and knowledge of Ofsted
11. Actively engage positively with staff appraisal process
12. Producing reports when requested and in given timescales
13. Present yourself in line with NA College professional standards
14. Work collaboratively across all NA College teams and departments
