Medical Receptionist for Medical Clinic.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Speaking to patients and addressing any concerns or questions
• Processing Lab orders
• Updating patient charts
• Responding to emails from patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and specific patient requests
• Troubleshoot emergencies

Skills

• Proven work experience as a receptionist
• Must have The Gift of Gab
• Ability to multitask
• Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and bookkeeping procedures
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month

Healthcare setting:

• Clinic

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
