POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Supply Chain Manager is a pivotal role requiring a proactive and resourceful individual with a “can-do” attitude, exceptional work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. This leadership position involves directing a team of Supply Chain professionals responsible for the finished good packaging planning across three of our North America Manufacturing sites. The primary focus will be on efficiently managing a range of supply chain operations, including master scheduling and capacity planning, while also collaborating across functions to ensure effective cross-functional coordination. Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of on-time service performance, meeting the business inventory targets, efficient capacity utilization, and accurate production planning.
This position requires managing dynamic circumstances and having the ability to make sound independent decisions based on multiple considerations in a dynamic environment. Must interface effectively with wide range of personnel under all situations and be both directive and responsive. It is essential to manage effectively at multiple levels of the organization. Communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills, personal organization skills and ability to make rational decisions based on the data are important.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to a team of Supply Chain professionals entrusted with managing an extensive portfolio of 2,300 SKUs packed at three of our North America facilities. Ensure the team’s collective efforts are aligned with achieving exceptional supply chain performance and delivering a customer service level of 95%.
Identify potential supply chain disruptions and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to communicate associated risks and devise actionable solutions. Communicate with internal and external customers at multiple levels of the organization.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service levels and achieve inventory targets.
Support the work of the inventory planning team to optimize inventory levels and minimize E&O. Active participate in the end of life management.
Develop the yearly hours absorption budget and present month over month changes to hours absorption to leadership teams.
Create 0–6 months production plans to support global growth and market needs, factoring in prebuild and capacity management.
Directly manage a team, providing coaching, fostering career development, and overseeing performance management. Cultivate a team of supply chain experts, aligning their growth with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsible for maintaining SAP parameters for planning and inventory management including inventory replenishment strategies, safety stock calculations and lead times. Partnering with GSC teams on best practices for planning in alignment with the organizational goals.
Participate in the S&OP and S&OE calls, regularly prepare reports and presentations utilizing data from advanced analytics tools.
Drive improvements in SAP utilization by streamlining transactional workflows, reduce manual tasks, and promoting system standardization.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of displays and promotional programs.
Create and maintain standard processes while ensuring adherence across the organization. Focus on continuous improvement and change management to adapt the team to dynamic changes across the supply chain in the organization and the market.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Experience in production planning and scheduling
Proficiency in SAP (APO/ECC) and Microsoft Office applications.
Power BI experience preferred
Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or related Analytical discipline.
7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in CPG, durable, or professional products industries
2+ years of people management experience
APICS CPIM certification, and experience in Lean Sigma/Continuous Improvement preferred
TRAVEL & OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
· Domestic & international travel required up to 20%
· Hybrid office schedule requirement – Office 3 days/week & Remote 2 days/week
