WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to Lead Mexico. You’ll be responsible for providing investigative, incident management, shrink mitigation and safety strategies to support Nike stores. Working closely with internal and external partners, your work will ensure that Nike’s stores provide a safe and secure environment for our team and consumers. You’ll provide leadership to store teams in driving down shrink caused by theft, fraud and operational issues. This is a dynamic role, and no two days will be the same. From spending time in stores reviewing best practices and providing training to teams, to building your own unique LP strategy to support the marketplace, you’ll leverage your subject matter expertise Best Protect Nike Stores. Finally, you will foster a culture of honesty, integrity and inclusion for athletes and consumers.

Experience with Loss Prevention reporting tools (EBR, Case Management) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions.
