Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation:

• Develop engaging full-length and short videos for NLSA Podcast’s social media channels.
• Repurpose video content to suit various social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Social Media Handling:

• Manage and maintain NLSA Podcast’s social media accounts.
• Implement a content calendar for consistent and timely postings.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

YouTube Expertise:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of YouTube trends and algorithms.
• Optimize video content for YouTube, ensuring discoverability and audience engagement.

Flexibility and Deadline Management:

• Work on a flexible schedule based on project deadlines.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality videos within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video content creation and social media management.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
