The Front Desk Agent is a key member of the Guest Services Team; responsible for being the face of the operations of the hotel, balancing charges and revenues, checking in and out of the hotel, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. The successful candidate will have a professional appearance and demeanor and be able to deal with a wide variety of people and situations
– Answer all in-coming phone calls in a professional manner according to company standardsProvide information on hotel facilities and servicesProvide general information on points of interest in the area and services in the communityUnderstand basic accounting principles including debit and credit transactions
