Northeast Family Services, an established and growing organization with offices in 9 states, is seeking an Outpatient Program Director to support the agency’s mission and core values!

We are looking for an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join our growing Massachusetts team as Outpatient Program Director! The Program Director, in partnership with the AVP of MA and the rest of the senior management team, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient program.

Qualifications:

Independent clinical license in the state of Illinois (LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field

Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity

Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity

Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Ability to effectively lead and develop staff

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
