OneLocal Looking for VP Sales at Toronto , Ontario Full Time

OneLocal provides SaaS solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) across the world. We offer our clients 10 digital marketing solution products that are impactful on their own, but even better together. We aim to be the perfect solutions partner by bringing together the right mix of technologies and local marketing expertise. Our clients are either using a subset of our solutions (starting with Google Reviews) on a month-to-month commitment or are under yearly contract for our recently launched OnePlan which encompasses all our products in a convenient bundle.

As the VP, Sales you would be leading the Sales team to achieve our ambitious growth plan. You would be responsible for all things related to sales, including ensuring the sustainable growth of the Sales team, and being involved in crafting the sales process. The ideal candidate would be passionate about rapidly scaling a sales team.

In This Role, You Would

• Attract, lead, and retain a competent sales organization to achieve our measurable growth goals
• Work with our senior leadership team to define and execute the overall company strategy including market expansion, product, and brand
• Be accountable all sales performance metrics, analysis, and forecasting
• Build and lead by example a culture of trust, performance, and collaboration
• Work with Revenue Operations and other supporting teams to properly bill clients

About You

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in business operations in a SaaS company, or a similar background
• Substantial leadership experience, with 5+ years at senior management. Strong leadership skills and a drive to make a large impact on the company and the customers
• Background using data and analytics in decision making
• Passion for data, analytics, and process: ability and desire to dive into data to understand metrics
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is required
• Experience with selling digital marketing solutions or selling to SMBs is an asset
