Opusing LLC Hiring for Receptionist at Tampa, FL Full Time

Title : Receptionist

Location : Tampa FL 33605

Duration : 06+ Months Contract (possibility of extension)

Schedule : 8AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate : $20.00/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides administrative support to Facilities, task includes, answering phones, distributing incoming mail, monitoring office supply inventory, and managing the parking spaces.
• Proactively problem solve and communicate internally when facility issues arise.
• Manage and maintain scheduling for repairs & maintenance.
• Greets and welcomes visitors to the corporate office with friendly professionalism
• Handle administrative and clerical duties such as visitor badge inventory, answering phones, distributing mail and monitoring inventory for office supplies.
• Issues security access cards and parking decals.
• Submits request for maintenance, repairs, pest control.
• Inspect and maintain lobbies and general common space areas.
• Prepare facility communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence.
• Document and track issues and contact the appropriate team members and follow-up as needed through issue resolution.
• Interacts with security guards and other Facilities staff on a regular basis to manage events, respond to building situations and address needs of employees at the corporate campus
• Perform other duties as assigned including facilities/space planning, events, and the safety presentation of onboarding our new employees.
• Directs office services such as maintenance and repair of office machines.
• Maintain records for all facility fixed assets.
• Maintains and distributes associate phone list.
• Assist in the organization of Company/Office functions.
• Advising vendors of proper procedures and protocols

Education:

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Ability to manage information of employees.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
