Owens Custom Pools is looking for an honest, reliable person with office experience.
We are a custom, luxury pool builder and second-generation family business. Our company prides itself on caring about customers and employees. We value honesty and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Manager and Owners with daily business operations
· Answer phones and provide great customer service as the first point of contact
· Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly
· Enter Accounts Payables and Expenses into QuickBooks
· Complete tasks in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of proper punctuation and spelling
· Accuracy and precision in math
· One (1) year of office experience
· One (1) year experience using QuickBooks
Additional Qualifications:
· Bookkeeping experience
· Experience in a construction setting
