Responsibilities:
• Collect and check timesheets in a timely manner
• Leave applications checking and processing
• Receive and record any external payroll related request: e.g. IRD request, compulsory deduction request and etc.
• Employee data entry and maintenance
• Work closely with HR team and payroll service provider for any other administration support
