Job Details for Remote Customer Service Enrollment Specialist:
- Schedule: Various shifts Monday – Friday 7:00am – 10:00pm
- Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hr plus uncapped commissions
- REMOTE – Alabama

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Remote Customer Service Enrollment Specialist:
- Inbound calls
- Responding to questions related to coverage and annual charges
- Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process
- Following up with customers to finalize the enrollment process
Job Requirements for the Remote Customer Service Enrollment Specialist:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year or more customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers
