We are looking for an energetic and outgoing receptionist to join our ever growing Phillips Veterinary Clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a fantastic team.

Excellent communication and people skills with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Courteous and professional demeanor, articulate and friendly, excellent communication skills and ability to listen, general computer proficiency such scanning and attaching emails, knowledge of Microsoft word and excel is helpful, attention to detail is a must, being able to redirect yourself from one task to another in a fast past atmosphere, comfortable with animals, and physically able to hold and lift 40+ pound animals. Some weekends are required (on rotation).
