• Building production schedules.
• Ensuring production processes stay within budgets and deadlines.
• Reviewing the productivity of an organization’s manufacturing equipment.

Power washing Professionals in Vancouver, Washington’s most reputable exterior cleaning company. As a local and family-owned company, we love what we do and are enthusiastic and passionate about growing our company.

We are seeking to hire a production manager.

We are entering our slow season for pressure washing, and we are looking to train someone to take over the production side of our services. As a productions manager, the position requires overseeing Power washing Professionals operations ensuring the cleaning processes run smoothly by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. You will be responsible for directing, training entry-level production workers. Hours are part-time to start and full-time as we move into the busy season for our services.

We need a leader with the natural ability to lead and take the initiative.

Must be able to handle the following duties and possess the following abilities :

– Training and onboarding of new hire technicians

– Excellent planning and organizational skills

– Responsible for maintaining company vehicles & ordering replenishable supplies; good at repairs and using tools to maintain and repair equipment, keeping production vehicles operating to company standards

– Management of day-to-day activities and completions of day-to-day cleanings (team lead)

– Act as a technician and perform all services as necessary

– Has reliable transportation and has good attendance as a leader

– Experience using Point of sale – taking payment and interacting with customers to provide high-quality customer service

– Ability to make effective decisions and seek and find solutions to problems

– Must have at least two years of supervisory experience

– Adhering to company safety procedures and constantly pushing company policies

Work Environment:

We work year-round outside in the elements here in the pacific northwest, which can range from near freezing to 120 degrees outside; we work in the hot sun and the cold rain, so someone who likes to work out and with people is a pre-requisite.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work long days and lift more than 50 lbs. Must be able to work at heights and work with ladders. We work with chemicals on the job sites, so you must be able to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
