Private dental office Hiring for Dental Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist at San Lorenzo, CA Full Time

Our dental practice team is looking for someone who is friendly, caring, self-motivated, takes initiative and takes pride in their work.
Dental office work experience required.

This position involves :
· Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
· Accurately prepare treatment plans to present to patient
· Assist patients with understanding and accepting their dental treatment
· Coordinate firm financial agreements for the patient’s portion of dental treatment costs
· Maintain tracking system for follow up on patient treatment
· Administrative duties including checking patients in and out, processing and recording payments, answering telephone, and performing other duties as assigned

Experience working with PPO, Denti-cal and HMO dental insurance is required.
