On behalf of a leading transportation company, Protrans Personnel Services is searching for an Office Clerk in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This is role is Monday to Friday and the hours of work are 7:00am to 3:30pm
Who you are:
- Education Required: High School Diploma
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in the English language (speaking and writing)
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of AS400 and MS Office is an asset
- Transport experience preferred
What You Will Do:
- P&D Manifesting and Printing of Bills
- Driver check-in duties
- Assist in dispatch office; including phones, entering pickups, scanning and addressing delivery issues
- Other administrative duties as required
