Responsibilities Reports To: IT Delivery Manager Work Location:Harrisburg, Pennsylvania or Home – Remote Responsibilities + Oversee and support the certification activities that may be necessary for contracts and products related to human services technologies and facilitate adherence to the certification tasks by other vendors as required + Assess and support the certification activities and work to effectively collaborate with the client and all Vendors supporting lines of business including integrated eligibility, childcare, child welfare, and medical assistance waiver programs + Provide MITA subject matter expertise to assure MITA alignment with other Human Services programs as appropriate Qualifications Education/Experience + Experience with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) + Experience with State Self-Assessment process + Experience with HHS certification requirements + Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ plus years of relevant work experience Required Skills + Ability to review, assess, document various certification activities + Proven ability to provide certification analysis/adherence to customer requirements + Ability to learn/support various databases + Demonstrated ability in managing a team of employees and overseeing project management initiatives for product/process certification #LI-BC1 EEO Statement Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
