Personal Assistant Job Description
Day-to-day business-related tasks
Assistance researching and booking various conferences, podcasts, speaking engagements, etc.
Working with the copywriting team on content creation
Assistance with marketing, content creation, SEO optimization, etc.
Assistance with social media
Any other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
Administrative background is a must (i.e. scheduling, organizing, booking, etc.)
Experience with all microsoft office applications
Experience with content creation software
Experience working with public speakers a plus
Experience in marketing/advertising a huge plus
Preferably located in Texas, but not a deal breaker!
