We seek a confident, dedicated Data Entry Assistant for a growing web-based company in the highly specialized field of the repossession industry. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. You will report to management or another senior team member who will work with you to understand our organization and your responsibilities. RISC will rely on you to have an extreme attention to detail and the ability to maintain information efficiently in our proprietary application.
Data Entry Assistant Job Duties:
· Receive inbound phone calls from clients and customers
· Provide phone support professionally and trouble shoot customer issues
· Review customer information and ensure data accuracy
· Acquire data from different sources, review for accuracy, and efficiently update vendor profiles
· Review reports for accuracy and identify areas for improvement
· Review online reports and identify ways to improve data displayed so it is 100% accurate and 100% complete
· Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
· Maintain and schedule inspection information for clients nationally
· Assist with special projects as needed
Data Entry Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
· Willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success
· Has the ability to research and think critically
· Knowledge of commercial insurance a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Happy to work with the team to get work done regardless of the task assigned
· A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision
· Strong work ethic and able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
· Detail oriented, ability to analyze and map out processes
· Excited to learn new things and take on new challenges
