Recreational Services Looking for Labourer at Horowhenua District, Manawatu-Wanganui Full Time

Permanent role for an Experienced Labourer working with our Gardening team.

We are seeking an energetic fit person to join our Horowhenua team. You’ll be joining our gardening team as we prepare the public spaces for Spring and Summer. This is an outdoors based, physical role and requires someone who is fit and healthy to be able to complete the work successfully.

The ability to work as part of a wider team to meet contract requirements is critical to the role; it’s how we work as a company.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be working with our Gardening Team across a range of duties including weeding, planting, vegetation control, mowing,weed-eating and general labouring tasks.

• Physically fit and ready to work fulltime.
• A current full driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

• A positive attitude to life and work, and a sense of pride in our local area.
