Our client is a local automotive parts sales company. The Sales Coordinator’s responsibility is to support the sales team in order proceeding and shipping arrangements.
【What will you be working on】
– Attending to customer inquiries, order processing, liaising with the head office and Thailand subsidiary office
– Liaise with customers on order forecast and delivery schedule, prepare documents & shipping arrangement
– Prepare monthly sales report, support the sales team in new projects development
【What they’re looking for】
– Minimum 1 year of import-related experience in the Manufacturing industry.
– Experience with Shipping arrangements (e.g. overseas factory to Singapore, etc.)
– Experience working in Japanese companies will be an advantage.
Our client is in the food coloring business and they are looking for a Order Management Executive to join their team!
【 What you will be doing 】
– Ensure order are processed and shipped timely and completeness
– Work closely with various stakeholders for order and shipping coordination to meet customer required date
– Single point of contact for customers on order and shipment discrepancies or complaints
– Handle and preparation shipping documentation, ensure Sales Offices received full set of shipping documents on time for custom clearance
– Continuous process and productivity improvement through good communications with internal and external stakeholders
– Other office administrative duties as assigned by Sales and Sales Support
Our Client is Japanese Logistic company. Now they are looking for a Sales Administrator. The incumbent’s main responsibilities is to manage the day-to-day orders process, shipping arrangement, and shipment process to AR & AP to company business system for assigned Dealers; Handle Sales administration for assigned dealership; Liaise with factories for dealers’ enquiry order status and with forwarder for freight rates; Verify factories and forwarder charges to ensure correct invoice issue.
【What will you be working on】
– Day-to-day order process for assigned dealers.
– Check factory COS as per transfer price.
– Attend to assigned dealers’ inquiries.
– Liaise with factories arrange shipment for assigned dealers.
– Carry out shipping advice, GRN, and shipment invoice (AR/AP) to complete the company business system.
– Follow-up with factory for AP invoice / statement of account for end-month shipment closing.
Our Client is a Japanese company which provides servicing of Fire Fighting and safety equipment for the ships. They are currently looking for an Admin Executive to handle AR, prepare quotations and invoices, and other admin matters.
You will be reporting directly to the Director.
【 What you will be doing 】
– Prepare quotations and invoices
– Handle purchasing and generate Purchase Orders
– Order the spares from suppliers in both Singapore and Overseas
– Assist sales team in preparation of sales and AR report
– Attend to customer enquires and phone calls
– Check and follow up on company emails from customers
– Coordinate with engineers for spares and ship’s schedule
– Contact ship agents for the ships’ schedule
– Monitor stationery and pantry orders
– Maintain office and pantry cleanliness
– Arrange traveling for the engineers (if required)
– Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required
