Renegade Gas & Oilfield Services Ltd. is looking to hire a full time Administrative Assistant for shift rotation in Conklin, AB.
Must have valid Driver’s License and own transportation to and from Conklin
Meals and lodging provided.
Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
Ability to work as a part of a team and independently as required
Exceptional organizational skills to meet deadlines and daily tasks
Pro-active with ability to be a problem solver
Strong attention to detail
Administrator will report to supervisors and owners
Perform a variety of administrative duties and office support for field crew
Be first contact for clients and field crew
Review and respond to emails in timely manner
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Tracking job costs for each client
Verify and submit time for employees every 2 weeks
Enter approved invoices into payment systems as required by specific clients
Send monthly statements to clients for payment of invoices
Work closely with Accounting for invoice payment receipts and company purchases
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Maintain records and filing systems for equipment and trucks
Assist safety personnel with maintaining records of incidents, near misses, employee training, daily equipment checks etc.
Book training for employees as required
Assist camp employees with booking rooms and other needs they may bring forward
Maintain office inventory
Additional duties as required
