General Summary

Reports production data into ERPLx system accurately and timely on a daily basis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities –

• Input data throughout the day from production runs into ERPLx.
• Arrange and turn in paperwork at the end of the day in the production office.
• Insures that there is adequate assistance at all times for the removal of pallets from the production floor in coordination with the warehouse puller.
• Check inventory in warehouse when there is discrepancies between production and warehouse.
• Inventory check in the Systems when requested by warehouse and/or production.
• Ensures the accuracy of production and raw material logs.

Job Specifications

• High school diploma or general education degree, or;
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to become forklift certified (in-house training provided).

Working Conditions

• Office environment.

• 
  Production environment.

• Lift more then 50 pounds on occasion.
