About The Role

Join a dynamic in-house design and photography team as a Digital Designer, playing a key role in delivering captivating marketing campaigns for the business. If you have a flair for creating on-brand digital content across various channels, with a focus on online platforms such as social media, email, websites, and digital media, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise design tools to craft online content, including banner advertisements, eDMs, social media graphics, and static/moving website content
• Edit raw video footage to create brand video for use on social/ website/ TVOD/ YouTube
• Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand image and meet usability standards
• Develop templates for successful campaigns (e.g., email templates, banners)
• Deliver campaigns to a high standard and within deadlines
• Collaborate with in-house photography for additional artwork requirements
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure briefs are met

About You:

• Proven experience in a digital design role, and ideally within the retail industry
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in creating material for social / web and digital advertising – animation
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
