RGF HR Agent Recruitment Hiring For Senior Finance Manager, Shared Service Centre at Singapore Full Time

Our Client:

RGF represents one of the leading telecommunications MNCs, located in Malaysia. They are actively looking to hire a well-versed Senior Finance Manager to join the team to oversee the daily operations of the Finance team of the Shared Service Centre.

The Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the Shared Service Centre to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLA

* Provide clear direction and leadership to the team in line with strategies set by Finance department in HQ

* Monitor the team to ensure the operations comply with internal policies

* Recruit and provide training to members of the team

* Communicate with different stakeholders

* Translate business needs into system tools to improve process efficiency

* Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

* ACCA or other professional Qualified Accountant certifications would be advantageous

* At least 8-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in Shared Service Centre environment

* Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and statutory requirements

* Skilled in MS office, especially in MS Excel

* Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to work independently

* Bilingual with proficiency in Chinese is needed to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
