Maintenance Technician

Update and complete all work orders as assigned.
Maintenance of all off-site facilities including routine maintenance, upkeep and repair.
Responsible for cleaning and monitoring parking area and walkways, including snow, leaf and debris removal from sidewalks.
Responsible for maintaining clean mechanical rooms and work areas.
Assist in maintaining fleet of vehicles: fueling, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
General carpentry and remodeling, including reading blue prints, framing, plumbing, sheet rocking, mudding and taping, interior and exterior painting.
Complete landscaping projects to include sprinkler systems, sod, planting and removing plants and trees, and any other projects assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or Director of Facilities.

Job Description
Maintenance and remodeling of the Rimrocks buildings and caretaking of grounds. Minor boiler and air conditioning maintenance. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrocks Mission to the community.
