Description
The Office Manager (OM) plays a pivotal role at our client who is in real estate development, ensuring the smooth operation of all office activities. Reporting to the COO, this Office Manager role supports staff, manages resources, fosters a productive environment, and streamlines processes. The Office Manager serves as the go-to person for operational solutions and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring the business runs efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Oversee daily operations, supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate office moves, repairs, and maintenance.
Manage vendor and service provider contracts.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and manage shared spaces.
Administrative Support:
Assist executives, manage schedules, and organize meetings.
Support marketing with onboarding tasks and web updates.
Oversee file systems, digital tools, and IT vendor coordination.
Financial Coordination:
Team Coordination & Employee Engagement:
Onboard new employees and serve as liaison across departments.
Plan company-wide events and promote engagement initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate workflows and update tools for operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field preferred.
3–5 years of office management experience in real estate, construction, or related industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Team-focused, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and a problem-solver
