Job Description
What are your responsibilities?
Lead a team of 5-6 developers.
Provide well organized day-to-day support to critical AML applications, tools and associated infrastructure by applying hands-on technical expertise.
Work on providing solutions to fix production issues and small enhancement projects.
Work with business partners & Support team on prioritization of problem tickets.
Work on Technology Currency projects to keep application tech status current.
Track progress on tasks and update in a timely manner including communication to the management.
Provide technical expertise and assist to Development and QA teams during Projects execution.
Must-have
7-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience supporting business critical applications with advanced understanding of Applications and environment controls.
Excellent analytical, planning, communication and leadership skills.
Experience supporting application running on Unix/Linux, Mainframe, Windows, Hadoop infrastructure and SQL.
Hands-on working knowledge on the above technologies.
Identify and implement process automation when there is an opportunity.
Nice to have
Knowledge supporting AML applications.
Knowledge of DevOps process and tools.
Job Summary
Application Support Maintenance Manager, will work with Production Support & Development team of AML IT, other IT Groups and our business partners
to analyze, estimate, assess, and resolve business and systems issues. Where appropriate, issues to be documented to support recommendations for permanent resolutions.
