This is an exciting time to be joining the Wildlife Trust and help deliver our vision of a Wilder Birmingham and Black Country. The Education Officer is a pivotal role in raising awareness and understanding of wildlife issues, responsible for developing, planning and delivering a programme of environmental education sessions and wild play activities.
Applicants must be able to evidence relevant experience in delivering curriculum-linked environmental education sessions for children. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering family activities in an outdoor setting and show a positive attitude to developing relationships with schools and other relevant institutions. It is essential that you have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant environmental subject, or demonstrable relevant experience in the sector.
