Remuneration: Starting at $26.30/hour (As per Schedule “A”)

Office and Program Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support, including assisting with event planning, logistics coordination registrations management (including Eventbrite) for various SCIC events and activities;
General office duties and reception tasks;
Responding to general inquiries, including management of the email account;
Ordering office supplies;
Checking phone messages and mail;
Forwarding messages and inquiries to appropriate staff members;
Maintain organized hard and digital copy files and records;
Maintain member and other contact lists;
Assist the Executive Director and SCIC program staff with data collection and report development;
Assist with financial administration for accounts receivable/payable;
Assist with meeting coordination, planning, scheduling, and follow-up tasks as directed; and
In coordination with the Communications & Campaign Coordinator assist with managing e-newsletter mail outs,
