We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable person who works well with others to help our office manager at our beautiful, high tech, Woodland Hills orthodontic practice. The job includes scheduling patients, collecting payments, creating letters to doctors and patients, mailing out birthday cards, etc…… as well as greeting people as they walk in. We would even like to train you to help out in our back office assisting the doctors if you’re up for it. Medical/dental office experience a plus but not required. This is a wonderful job for the right person. Hours range from Mon- Friday 8:30- 6:30 …later on Mondays, earlier on Fridays. After a year+ of employment you will be entitled to enrollment in our benefits package

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
