An interesting opportunity has arisen for an Academic Administrator to join the Faculty Office Administration Team at Craibstone Estate in Aberdeen. The purpose of this post is to support the student-facing (including research students) and research-facing work of the faculty by providing a high-quality administrative service as part of the Faculty Office administration team.

To be considered for this role you should possess demonstrable experience of working within a varied administrative role and competently carrying out a range of administrative duties and have proven experience of providing an effective service to customers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants should have a good standard of education. A comprehensive knowledge of IT software, particularly Microsoft Office and databases is also essential as are good communication skills.

This is a permanent, part time role of 30 hours per week.
