Looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person to join our growing dental practice! Our ideal candidate will be:

-Reliable, courteous and provide an excellent patient experience

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Answering patient phone calls
• Checking in/out patients
• Scheduling patients
• Collecting payments
• Verifying insurance
• Reviewing and reconciling deposits
• Project coordination and management
• Organizing and tracking receipts
• Generating practice managements reports
• And other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills
• Professional and efficient communication skills

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
