Job Description
As a member of our team, you will provide the highest quality of customer service at all times, while maintaining the operation of all register transactions, including:
- Operating an espresso machine and preparing various specialty coffees.
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized space behing the bar
- Giving away pastries, and grab and go snacks in addition to coffees
- Setting up dessert station
- May include minimum food preparations, baking cookies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, willing to go beyond the basics.
- Embodies our value behaviors: Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and the Spirit of Progress.
