The Role…
We are looking to recruit an energetic, dynamic and skincare passionate Education Manager to create and lead in brand engagement and education across the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, the Education Manager will be integral in supporting the UK public launch of Soho Skin through wholesale partners, Health Club & Retail.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to create their own path in leading education platforms and delivering an exceptional experience for a new intelligent skincare brand.
This role requires a genuine excitement and love for Soho Skin, luxury retail and training multiple teams across the country.
Main Duties…
- Define and develop an editorial and content strategy for Soho Skin and Cowshed. Translate product and commercial priorities into content pillars that deliver engagement and drive business growth.
- Creation of a training strategy ready to roll out for the public launch of Soho Skin.
- Development and delivery of training modules, materials and tools to support the education of staff across UK sites.
- Immerse themselves in the Soho Skin brand in order to become an expert in all products within the range and all NPD.
- Passion for training teams face to face but also virtually, coaching and developing them in best sales practice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all training documents are accurate and engaging.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to coordinate a training schedule for all stores across the UK and consistent follow up and ADHOC appointments to support where necessary.
- Analyze needs for training to be adapted or changed/new modules to be created in line with the requirements of the business and confidence in actioning these.
- Conduct regular store visits and create store reports alongside the Global Head of Sales to distribute to the wider business.
- Support and host in store events driving content creation and making the science behind the brand easily accessible.
- Formulate an incentive program to motivate and support staff across the UK driving health competition.
Requirements / Qualifications…
- Experience in an Education Manager role or equivalent.
- Background in luxury skincare preferable.
- Experience in understanding and utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage teams.
- Experience working in a field based role.
